Laura, I'm so very sorry for Zachary's death. It is such a long road from that moment of trauma back to the world at large. It sounds like your faith and your relationship with Chris have been very supportive. You would have been 13 years old a teenager. Can't believe that time goes by so darn fast. As you know Chris & I are married now, it was great & thank you son for being there & for the signs you gave me. I knew you would be right there by my side. Well its May & only 24 days till the wedding & I so wish you could be here physically to share that special day with me son. 20 Months today son since you have been in Heaven & it's still so hard for me. I miss you & love you so much. I know you are so happy where you are & so perfect & so safe with Jesus. It's Spring time & very hard not to have you here with Baseball season & all. I visited the After School Program Kids the other day, it was fun but hard, I can't stay long. Your tree is blooming so nice. The wedding is coming up fast only 1 month 2 weeks left. I so wish you where here physicaly to see it & be part of it baby. Dear baby cousin, I miss you very much! Whats it like in heaven? I bet you've already made a lot of really great friends there. Whats jesus like? Do you get to play baseball with him? I wish you were here with us. I got married last month to you cousin in law Elijah, do you remember him? He says Hi. We miss you very much here, Its lonely at christmas and birthdays without you here jumping all over me and eatting 3 plates. Your mommy is getting married I'm sure you know that. I'm glad you have a great step dad like chris he cares about you a lot your very lucky, and grandma and grandpa miss you they moved into a new house. Grandma and Grandpa really need you to come vistit they need there grass watered and there front yard is really big. I guess you have a lot of grass to water up there. I remember the last time I saw you before I moved you and your mommy came to grandma and grandpas and you were watering the grass while we played cards. I know you are having a wonderful Christmas in Heaven with Jesus, it doesn't get any better then that :) I miss you & love you so much & even though you are ok up there & happy I still with you were here with me. I missed you waking me up early this morning & wanting to go out & open presents then go to Grandma's & Pop-Pop's & open up presents there. My Birthday & Christmas / Laura (Mommy) Well I made it through my birthday without you baby & it wasn't to bad, Chris & I went to Seven Feathers but we didn't do good but we did have fun & had a nice dinner. I know you were watching over me & wishing me a happy birthday & having a big party for me up there in heaven. Christmas now is 10 days away. We did not get a tree I just put the one things out on the table, didn't feel like doing the tree this year, not without you here baby. I still need to get your ornament & one for me & Chris. To My Son / Laura (Mommy) Well I made it through Thanksgiving withouth you son, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. We went to the coast with Chris's parents & family, it was fun. We rode the quades on the dunes, it was the first time I ever done that it was so cool. It is getting to be Christmas time already baby, time goes by so fast. Chris is putting up lights right now around the house its going to look good we are going to light them up tonight. We are going to go look at lights in a couple of weeks, I know how much you loved to do that we are going to do it every year just for you baby boy. We are getting a tree from GrandmaJo & I am going to get out all the decorations & put them out. I so wish you where here to see it all but I know you can see it from Heaven. Holidays coming / Laura (Mommy) Well I am doing a little better baby boy....but the Holidays are coming & that is always such a hard time for me you know that. Plus my birthday is coming up also, which I am sure you already know. I am still seeing Mary & she is helping me so much, she is great thank you & thank you Jesus for sending her to me. Chris is doing great I know you already know that also. Grandma's birthday was last Saturday & I gave her your bible for a gift & she loved it. She said she could have not gotten anything better & I know you would want her to have it. You know how much she loves to read & it was just sitting there in all your stuff I still have to figure out what to do with. Need to get those extra bedrooms in the house done, but Chris keeps putting it off he is so cute that way. God bless you and take care of you! I to lost my son, he was 20 and was hit by a drunk driver which fled the scene. I love your memorial I hope I can have the strength to have one for my son someday. I have a hard time looking at pictures. Take care of yourself and someday we will join our boys in Heaven.
